I had all kinds of crashing and rebooting issues with a third party home screen once I reverted back to stock that seemed to resolve most of my issues, also had bad luck with third party TTS .. so no aussie accent for me.

if reloading the firmware keeps apps and settings, how do you do a full factory reset? I am experiencing reboot loops after 5-10 minutes of uptime, and figure a reset wouldn't hurt.

I have recently installed the smart with the aswc-1 into an 03 silverado. the volume, seek and source seem to work in the radio app. however the prog and "answer" button don't when connected to my old head unit these would cycle through programed stations, and mute audio. is there a way to...

Thread [Q] phone issues after ics update.

Yesterday I updated to ICS via kies w/o issue. However after the update the actual phone is having some strange issue. when I answer a call I can't hear or be heard. if I press the speakerphone I can hear out of the earpiece and can be heard via the speakerphone mic. also when...

Nice, not saying that 2 megs is some magic mark, just try to keep things in check so I don't lock up the phone. ... I need my phone to work all the time. Ohh just thought of a feature may already be there, is there some command line switch to launch it minimized so I can put it in the start up...

installed 0.31 max tweet set to 50 all avatars off memory usage 1.95. This has become an amazing app. I didn't even notice the minimize button on the right menu. I can't think of a single feature that I would want added.... hell I may start turning off sms updates all together now.

I just upgraded to V0.30 and it generated an error on launch and I feel way dumb here; but it is sitting in the default outlook folder's outbox that isn't set up on my phone becuase I use a IMAP connection for my e-mail. (I thought that was my default mailbox, shows you what I know) For the...

getting some weird issues with this update. it looks like all of the timelike is compresed into one screen, and if I scroll it goes to a black screen. Exit and restart issue fixed; however soft reset and it is back, exit and restart fixed again. I don't have GPS so can't take advantage of...

the video shows reply @user on the right menu is that a .18 feature ? also in .17 there is now a huge (defined as more than 4 second) lag from the time I see the timeline till the user icons show up. even if all said icons are chached. WAI or is this an issue? this may have started in...

it went from 1.8 to 1.81 according to memmaid. ... I think I can live with that ;) I like the scrolling improvements, tho I am seeing some odd bug where the SIP won't go away after an update, but I can't minimize it either, I have to scroll/launch an update area and then cancel it. Just me...

Obviously I have no first hand experience. So can you explain how the caching system will work? If it works how I think it will it may cause a rather fractured timeline. as it is, I get the 20 newest entries, a little window into what is going on right now. if those are now cached and the...

Shouldn't you be coding for food right now? ;) It updated just fine for me from .08 to .09 yesterday. closed itself launched IE D/L the .cab etc ... however nowhere does it say .09 (ie: no about or version in the remove program area) also still listing as "from web" I guess the twitter...

yet another (hopefully easy) suggestion from the peanut gallery. In mid twit today I wanted to flip over to opera to look something up, and realized there was no minimize option anywhere, and as it is a full screen app, didn't have access to the top bar, and had to get creative to do it. So...

None really, just another path to the same result. Right now, (and I am still in the learning curve) it feels like more work to have to highlight a twit, side scroll, click D, while thinking wouldn't it be easier if I could just click on the icon and go from there? ... I guess one is just...

SO this would inbed your GPS coordinates into twits? is that a desired feature? I just can't imagine that would be more effective than just saying "corner of 6th and Red River" ... unless the coordinates were clickable to say google maps, but then that is still an extra step. hmmm ... my...

my UI suggestion is to right justify the timeline links on the left side of the UI, so that way you don't have to side scroll all the way across to click on one (Like on the right side ...but backwards) Also this may just be a user training issue, but I have a hard time side scrolling far enough...

This client has some real potential! I have been using ceTwit, but its slow load time, (seemingly) heavy battery drain, and lack of kinetic scrolling were all shortcomings. I am looking forward to further development especially direct msgs and twitpic support. The UI took a bit to figure out...
