It appears that after the zva update I'm able to decrypt my phone :) I did it on a whim after remembering I hadn't tried it after the update. I'm assuming this is the reason, as nothing else has changed. I did it about 3 days and it went through pretty quickly.

Does it display an animation for rain or thunderstorms? Stock the G3 will only animate a few weather conditions. To remedy this you can use the app G3 Tweaksbox as it has an option for enabling all weather effects. Is this what you're asking?

Live less than a mile from University and Sunrise, 4G has been going in and out(out 80% of the time) for me today at my house. No bars though. Edit: Certain places in my house will maintain a connection but its very weak. Move it slightly and I lose it lol.
