@igor_anta Thank you, unfortunately 3rd party apps can't hide pop ups notifications but it can be solved if you use lighting with AOD or try to change system settings - notifications - lock screen - hide sensitive info

poipoiu it seems black but AOD is running as if it was on. this is the best of what can be done. I think this is far from being called battery drain, at the end battery must be used .

poipoiu see this and set all values to the max then in aoe main settings you can lower AOD brightness keeping lighting brightness at max. But save the url somewhere if you like to revert the changes someday

akulp yes but most user when they delete the app will not remember or even being aware they have to unchecked that box before unisnstall or a lot of users uninstall and reinstall for some reason thus in the second time the default value will be the previously edited value at first install

motes it is optional in app settings -> how to close Can be colored as lightning color or just dark icon it is basically for phones with on screen fingerprint to indicate its location on screen for quicker unlock

akulp I personally use it with AOD but tested all methods You face brightness issue with AOD or independent if with AOD automatic brightness must not be on because the point is to make AOD with low brightness but lighting with higher brightness

too.stoopid Sorry about misexplaining I edited the post. Without being a system privileged app can not turns AOD really off it just seems off for the seak of easily and clearly being aware of having notifications far from phone

akulp It works unless system aod settings not set to show always. 1- when first the notification received lighting time in enabled apps -> the related app will be applied. If it has not been changed, then default lighting time will be applied as for all apps that user didn't manually changed...

Michael1200 Ah now I got it. It can be done but not exactly as you want it. by using reminder along with "just reminder..." option. If usually AOD stays on for 10 seconds for example then reminder time must be set like every 10 seconds lighting for 60 seconds, reminder time will be applied...

What do you mean by untouched? It can handle AOD or no AOD also ads extra AOD options like showing it and/or lighting within it on notifications/charging

It is hard to tell and fix without having the phone, at least when running with Ambient display it should work initially. On other phones like samsung and xiaomi it works regardless of lighting method and without enabling any option
