It's your personal choice. If you miss Miui then switch other update it w/ new "construction" 15.1. Same dev has a unofficial 16.1 in case you want pie.

See Change log from Lineage website. If something major or whatever you need update are there, update it. Otherwise I would say update in 15 or 30 days. Hope it helps.

Well, I found a few minor glitch, after reboot corner radius changes into default. Which is round corner. Even after installing GMS module you can't doze play services. After reboot night mode stops working even though it's enabled. Calendar app isn't present.

Anyway imo(I tried many) AEX Extended by XiaomiDev and Unofficial Liquid Remix by Diffr are only rom I see myself using. Unofficial LR by Diffr make my device to freeze by it might work...
