yup, i experience the same problem. i tried reinstall it 2nd time and always stuck on the liquid logo. then i try install the rom first then boot it after that i install gapp but google app keep crashing. i reinstall it the 4th time with rom and gapp in succession without reboot. then it finally...

sorry i don't know the other way around. you can back up your app first though.

for me i would reflash but before that back up your internal data. in twrp > wipe > format data type "yes" > then wipe data, system vendor, data , cache (for me internal storage too) there is a chance when you format data, the data partition will be unmounted, to mounted again just reboot back...

check your storage may be encrypted setting -> security & privacy -> trust -> encryption should be disabled

try format data and then wipe dalvik, system, vendor, data (internal storage too, for me) then install rom and gapp boot first then you can install everything else
