Maybe you're fixed to lte while lte is unavailable when moving to another place? I always set preffered cellular network type to "gsm/wcdma/lte" and not such problem here.

Try yourself. No root needed, few minutes for configure options or import. I use Nova for years, no speed issues etc. Same 2 GB Redmi 3s and weaker, older phones...

This feature is present in Havoc kernel. You may activate it using kernel manager, personally I found SmartPack useful.

Nope (or may work for some carriers). Remained devs and users are not intrested in this feature, maybe completly unavailable in their region. So, mistake was made somwhere in the source and is copied untill nowdays.

MMS not sending, not receiving. I know a few people is interested in mms and hardly find rom for land with working mms but still have a hope... nichcream did this magic once, maybe weritos will do.

Not exactly, LOS 15.1 by nichcream dated on 5.11.2018 (the one and only) has MMS fixed. It's my daily driver, no issues...

But no problem on other devices... Hope they fix this for Land. So far I'm still on old nichcream LOS 15.1 where MMS are working.

Not so bad my friends :) Now I'm on nichcream LOS 15.1 dated on 5 Nov 2018 and alarm wakes me every morning up (while phone is off :D ) BUT no charger may be connected because alarm won't be triggered :eek:

Hope I m wrong but I'd said mms are not working. Sources (nichcream's, reloaded) have some error that all developers copy in their roms. This bug makes mms not sending /receiving. For a fev carrier operators (none in my country) mms are working OK, idk it may be configuration issue or less...

Could you confirm rom version, latest Reloaded-CAF-9.0-20190414-land-signed? Pixel rom update from this developer. Mms fix not mentioned in changelog but if you could check yourown and report.

Are you sure MMS are working in reloaded? Can see people claiming mms not working (in initial build). Tried to flash Reloaded-CAF-9.0-20190414-land-signed but no luck in term of mms :(

I've tried previous builds - without success in term of mms :( I woudn't expect darshan1205 take care about mms. Even in his official 15.1 mms are not working, however bug was reported by users (with logfile). (BTW I'm disappointed LOS got official with such a bug). So far nichcream 's LOS 15.1...

MMS ?

It runs quite smooth but I'm on latest mms working version from 5.11.2018. The only bug me and my collegue (he has 3 GB version) suffer is ringtone/notifications sound missing after enabling/disabling silent mode in combination with automatic system profiles reboot needed.

Working, I have 15.1 from nichcream.

But MMS worked fine in initial build of this ROM! Similar in LOS - new nichcream build has broken MMS so I reverted to his 15.1 dated on 5.11.2018.

See two posts above what Voodoojonny said. I'm on nichcream's LOS 15.1 - MMS are working. Edit: Tried newest LOS 16 from nichcream and crDroid too. Seems like mms are not working again... Voodoojonny did you try latest versions? So far back to 15.1.

It would be nice to see this feature back again, howewer no attention of developers since early LOS 14.1 :( BUT in nichcream LOS 15.1 unofficial alarm clock sounds when the phone is off! (BTW mms are working too). In general it works for me, cannot say it is 100 % sure as I had one missed alarm...

Yes! I can confirm mms working in this rom! Moreover, alarm clock is working while phone powered off - missed this feature since miui/android 6! Voodoojonny please keep the thread updated if you find another oreo/pie rom mms enabled (especially with QS tiles 3x3 and face unlock - sorry for OT :p).

Find/uncheck "always use mobile data" under developer options.

Not a problem in 2.0 (clean flash). Fix is fast (seconds) and accurancy good (3 m). How did you get the alarm working (when phone powered off)? I set alarm time e.g. 4 min ahead, switch off the phone, wait but nothing happen. After manual power on I get notification "alarm missed". So far...

Anyone tested? Indeed alarm is ringing while phone is off (like in MIUI)?

Could you advise: do I need any newest recovery, problems with encryption, data/internal memory format needed to upgrade to 6.o?

Fast and simple as sms or phone call. Free in (I think) all carriers here. Also free receive when you're abroad. Not charging data transfer limit. Without any additional apps, accounts, registrations etc.

I asked several devs if any efforts to fix MMS but not any response. I really doubt it will be fixed if even Lineage 16 got official without fixing such a bug! :eek: So we can stay on Nougat or buy other device that have no problems with MMS on Oreo/Pie.
