You don't have to send it in at all, I had the same issue with mine I fixed it after spending three hellish days getting all the things i need. Private message me if you need help I'm writing up a separate thread to fix anyone with Hard Bricked ZenPads.

Can you tell me what version of Asus Flash Tool you were using? I'm trying to us the 1.0.014 but alll it lets me use is a zip file. I've seen videos people using 1.0 and pulling up a choice between zip file or raw files. If you can let me know that would be great and thanks again for your help!:D

First off I noticed on XDA unless someone has a decent link other than rooting this device. There is hardly any love at all for this tablet and a great tablet at that. I'm making this thread A. To help others in this situation and B. To gather as much information as we can on this device...
