I have a gs5 but from Costco back in 2015. I tried to wake it up to use as a tv remote/streaming device, and Samsung decided I stole it. They will only unlock it if I provide proof of purchase with IMEI, which Costco didn't have. Can I reimage the device to unlock it? Or am I SOL? Tia
