I've noticed that it happens only when I have wi-fi on (10.1). SOD only happen once on 10.2, also wi-fi on. In 10.1, no SOD if I turn off wi-fi.

I think I have found the source of the notification. It seems to be related to network connections, like roaming, not wifi. One way that I was able to reproduce it was to check Data roaming, then uncheck it. But it does not always produce the effect. Am I the only one getting the weird stuff...

No, my issue is with the random "notifications", not the vibration part. These notifications come out "Di-Di-Di-Di-ng" instead of the regular "Ding Dong". Then when you check the phone, there is nothing, no notification.

It is a standard CM setting. Go to Settings -> System -> Power Menu to enable it. It is unchecked by default.

If you're getting hardware IDs on the PC, then you should be in fastboot mode already. Does TWRP still come up? If it does, you can transfer a rom over and flash.

I flashed the 0808 rom, gapps, the modem patch, the modem (KL2) didn't take. wiped cache, dalvik, repeat flash all 4 zips. Do you get several strings of text on the modem flash? (said thanking xboxfanj and other people)

A few people, including myself, had to flash the ns4g modem twice for it to stick.

My phone has been getting hot too. And some apps are really slow to react, like Google Now. Is there a stock kernel that works with the crespo modem patch? But overall, this is awesome work!

Thanks for the compile! Second boot, but seems to slowdown when installing apps from the Play store. The first boot up stops quite a bit.
