So I take it you have unlocked your bootloader and have twrp installed? If so if you format the data using twrp and then flash the rom and reboot it should boot up. If not then I do not know what to suggest. My device after flashing the rom booted fine.

Can you elaborate a bit? After rebooting to Miui 12 rom for me if I go back to recovery mode it's the default 3.0 one in chinese which I can easily replace with twrp if I flash it again by fastboot and then commanding it to launch to recovery.

It just wasn't having it trying to transfer files. I managed to install the July release again using adb sideload and it's working fine now.

Unfortunately I can't transfer files when in TWRP for some reason, I keep getting a error pop up.

I tried flashing the July update but it is still experiencing the same issue. The same procedure happening as the comment below your reply to mine.

Just updated to this now and my phone is stuck on phone is starting after rebooting.

How do I go back to stock? I did do a quick search but could not find a clear guide. The model is SM-G925F UK.

Is there a ftf file for the XZ2 Android P Developer Preview?

It was unlocked but just checked and now it is. If that's the case regarding testing out Android P then that sucks.

To put a firmware from a different region on your device you would have to debrand it.

CLT-L09/L29C432B120 and CLT-L09/L29C432B121 are not approved for installation at the moment mind you.

The option is there but I have it turned off.

Just got the device this morning and I am using a Vodafone sim on it. I had the firmware version CLT-L09 8.1.0.106(C432) installed and after checking for updates it installed a Vodafone settings and apps update and after that the firmware version CLT-L09 8.1.0.107(C432). Can't wait to play...

How weird, the BLA-L09C432B131 (SP1) firmware has been removed from the firmware finder app and a BLA-L09C432B137 firmware has been added that still isn't approved by Huawei for installation.

I have B131 too but it has February's security patch wheras the BLA-L09C432B131 (SP1) update has the March security patch.

Yup, just like the BLA-L09C432B131 (SP1) update it's not approved by Huawei yet.

BLA-L09C432B137/BLA-L29C432B137 is now on the Huawei firmware finder app, unfortunately it's not approved for installation alongside B131 (SP1) at the moment.

Still don't see the point in paying for updates when they get released for free which they are to begin with. I know Huawei can be slow with releasing updates but it's their official updates.
