If I'm not mistaken unlock code is to use another operator if your phone is locked for one. And bootloader is to unlock the bootloader obviously :D I think putting a rom will unlock it for any operator hence the higher price

Pretty impressed with the rom smoothness! Very fluid and all. I've just one issue: I can't register any fingerprints, it's difficult to register it and when it's done it says that they couldn't save it and I must try with another finger. How can I help if I can or is this a known issue?
