Hi all, I've just had a succesfull install of EMUI 9.1 - 9.1.0.311(C432E5R1P9patch01) using the OP method with no issues. I came from 9.0.0.195(C432R1)

Yeah I boot into TWRP absolutely fine...but it doesn't stick, I need to flash TWRP again to re-enter recovery....a weird one

Thanks guys....I went down the Funky Huawei road and was not dissapointed. Highly reccomend if you're going to mess around with root on these expensive phones, no frills fix!

Hi Guys I've searched long and hard and now I think I'm at a loss. I've bricked my new P20 Pro by successfully rooting and installing magisk but stupidly I've tried installing Viper4Android via selinux switch method....It's completely messed everything up. I can get into erecovery fine but...

Yeah they open fine and the sub-folders open fine also, that goes for the other zips. I'm using twrp-3.0.2-1-h990.img and all the files and zips have come from links here. I'm starting to think that it is something to do with my external sd. Thanks again for your continued replies! Lee...

I'm afraid that didn't work, still getting the same error. All the zips are downloaded from different sources so I doubted that was the issue. I'm now trumped lol, I guess my phone is locked right down

I'll give it a go through ADM, I have been transferring kernel and SuperSU through a USB to microSD dongle from my PC so maybe that could be an issue. Cheers

Yo mate, it's saying that every kernal I try to flash it comes back with the error 'Zip is corrupted' and it's the same for every zip....really strange as everything else worked fine. Hair is most definitely thinning on my head Thanks for the reply and help!
