Yes, I have a working modem/updated. I can make calls. And I have unlocked bootloader. Only LineageOS or other new Nougat roms doesn't work. All Cyanogenmod X work.

I have tried TWRP 2.8.7.0 with : lineage-14.1-20170115-UNOFFICIAL-hwY635 (NO WORK) and with the new xpe-11.1.1-20170116-hwY635-UNOFFICIAL (NO WORK) I am back to my cm-12.1-20161003-UNOFFICIAL-hwY635 (only this one function Always for me). I give up! I will stay with this.
