Yes, I had this problem also, OEM unlock locked, bootloop and TWRP installed. Resolved with hwota8 and original 321log firmware. Skip the steps until you get to TWRP. After that the firmware will upload and flash without a problem. Remember to rename the recovery files from hwota8/recovery...

Same here , with or without post 1.5 updates. Tried it about 5 times, this rom just simply does not boot :( Back to stock with ODIN Waiting for a fix PS: all previous om backups or any other custom rom works fine - so it's not the phone, recovery or user error ;)
