You do not need root, only cwm is needed. Flash 4.3 base and next fix for your phone(im guessing that you have 9195 model) and after that you should get OTA update to the newest version. You will find some minor bgs but nothing annoying :D

Yes you need flash first stock KK then this ROM> if you are expecting good battery life its the best choice(silviu kernel is really good, all drains fixed, runs smooth).

Be patient and wait, as you know its good team and always have something nice for us.

Camera issue Camera doesnt work after take one picture, you have to close it by physical home button than you are able to take another one and so on.

Flashed rom 4.3 and all was working fine. After flash fix for 9195 wifi stopped working....

Towelroot works with UCNF7 kernel but probably you had different. Now you should find original kernel suitable for your rom and flash it back via odin. Go to settings>more>about device and check your baseband version and build number. You should have them the same, use kernel with this number...

No internet connection. Hi, I decided to try CM11 on my 9195 and everything works good except internet connection, calls, txts and wifi works. I have tried latest nightly and snapshot m12(clean flash). I wiped etc. , checked data roaming whitout result... APN settings are fine, all it works on...

Both of you might be right, label on a battery shows different capacity than program reads but that capacity can be also fake...

First you gonna need to flash cwm suitable for 9195. Then follow step by step some tutorials prepered for s4 mini 9195 .

Downgrade will not solve it. Only some custom kernels are able to do that.

May I ask which firmware exactly are you trying to flash?

Hi, re-partition should be not ticked!, download firmware from sammobile, select it only as AP.
