If I understand correctly you're trying to use an unlocked phone with your Verizon SIM? You can't use any AT&T or international phones on Verizon.. AT&T uses GSM technology while Verizon uses CDMA. The SIM card for Verizon is only for 4G data. Sent from my SCH-I435 using xda app-developers app

I'm pretty sure the I9195 cannot support AT&T 4G at all, but maybe rooting or software could change that, I'm not sure. I've seen them on CanadaGSM and some other sites but I got one off eBay for about $390 USD + $16 shipping.

The I9195 doesn't support AT&T's LTE bands. You would only get up to 3G. You can however get an unlocked I257M model from Canada and use for AT&T with LTE.

The I435 is not the same as the I919x phones. Since it's verizon, it uses CDMA technology rather than GSM. I think it may work with GSM carriers outside of the US but I'm not sure. Since the phone hardware is different than the I9195 I dont think flashing that firmware would be a good idea...

You may have to install the baseband for the Exceed. I think in the CyanogenMod beta thread on AndroidForums there is a link but I'm not sure. Use ROM Manager to install CWM Recovery and then Flash CM10.
