Normal PE 10 build size was exceeding our system partition size. So this build was compiled with Go to reduce system size from 2GB to within our 1.5GB system size (i also excluded some Gapps). That's why some features are not available in settings.

These are automatic builds setup by developer. There is no change in device and kernel tree of the Rom since 06/08. Recently (Last 2-3 Days) lots of commits are merged in to hammerhead (device, kernel) lineage sources. May be that's why you are facing issues in latest build due to conflict from...
