resolved fb re-activate notificaitons you have to disconnect all sessions in Account Settings... it works... -sidebar down... account ...account settings ... security ... active sessions and remove all of them... and probably recognized devices too...

thanks for the suggestion but it looks this doesn't work... i tried wipe cache + dalvik turn on notifications and all possible combinations logging out uninstalling and it still doesn't work... do i really need to factory reset to just make it work? any other suggestions? thanks
