Must being doing something wrong I open SQL Editior, grant permission, click on SETTINGS STORAGE and theres "No databases found".................

I recently got my hands on a nexus 7 2012 wifi model I was told it may be bricked. When I try to power it on nothing happens. Isthere a way to flash everything from new? Will toolkit do it? and if so how? what steps do I need to follow?

Wont flash for me downloaded but I can't seem to get it to flash

I am currently running stock on my rooted Bionic, that gives me the standard 0-15 volume range for media. Is there an app (or setting) where I can adjust that range, when I have my headphones on at work and my volume is set to 1/15 it is still a tad loud to hear the other goings on.

Is that my problem? Should I not be using it all together?
