I Had the Same Problem. I solved IT Like this: 1. Normal wipe 2. Flash official Global stable via twrp 3. Reboot system and wait until Rom bootet 4. Make your settings and when you are on Homescreen you can reboot to Recovery 5. Back in twrp. Normal wipe 6. Flash xiaomi.eu 7. Reboot and IT works

Which one did you download?

Try reboot your device after full charge. I think it cannot go into deepsleep after charging. It is a error wich also happens in redmi 3s. But when you Start your phone again after charging it might be better.
