Post HD+ Significant Upgrade from HP Touchpad?

I got mine as a replacement for my TouchPad and it's been great. As others have mentioned, the slight loss of screen size is more than offset by the significantly improved battery life, high-res screen, solid stability and awesome development by verygreen. Thanks for the great guide, e.mote! Except for a bit of finickiness around the micro-SD card everything went great (had to try around 20 or 30 times before it would boot to card!).

Post New Nook HD+ will not boot from SD card.

Thanks for the advice! After about 30 tries I was finally successful getting mine to boot up with a Samsung 8 GB card. For those having trouble: keep trying! The time that worked I both blew on the contacts and inserted it particularly hard. Felt like I was fiddling with an old NES :laugh...
