Sometimes going into settings and disabling/enabling data will fix it, you could try reinstalling the rom, or at worst repartition/reinstall.

There really isn't any phone worth paying $50 or more dollars for right now. Perhaps when the next version of LTE comes out that decreases battery drain greatly, or a holographic display but thats about it .. .. enjoy getting your moneys worth for once :cool:
