I had the same issue. I was able to flash the zip file, but Wi-Fi was broken when phone re booted. How did you solve that? I'm tired of this write protected stock kernel.

I installed this kernel but my phone didn't like it. I re installed jt's kernal and now I lost root. Any ideas how to get it back?

Does this kernel have anything to do with radio reception? I have noticed poor signal and many dropped calls in areas that I have always used the phone without a single dropped call before. I re flashed 2.9, and then 2.9.1 and no more dropped calls. It's wierd. Has any one else noticed this?

would wiping battery stats be done by rebooting into recovery through rom manager and then using cwm after installing the patch?

i have searched these forums hi and low, googled, etc. still cant find an answer.... on djo5,dl09 i was able to plug my phone into the usb port in my car, then mount my sd card, and it would automatically connect and find my music and start playing it. on either dl30, or eb01, i cannot get it...

I've been having a problem with connecting the phone to my car stereo via USB since DL30. Does anyone think that using this Rom would fix this? sorry for the noob question. ive tried everything and it just wont connect.

yeah, I tried all of that. i just wiped completely, installed [ROM] DL09 Super Clean 0.4/DL30 0.8 fresh. i guess i'll see how it goes.

is anyone else not able to connect their phone to the car stereo via usb? it worked fine before i upgraded. i think it has something to do with the fact that when you plug it in a usp port, it doesnt recognize it as a mass storage device. it sees it as a cd drive. i have enabled usb debugging...

sure have. tried it with both usb debugging on and off, tried all the options-Settings > USB Settings > Media Player/Mass Storage/Ask on Connection with debugging off, it doesnt do anything. with it on, it tries to connect, but after 20-30 seconds i get a connection failed message on my carradio...

Hi all, I have searched these forums, and googled to no avail. ever since i installed this leak(which I am loving)i can no longer mount my sd card to my car's stereo and use it as an mp3 player. worked like a charm using superclean.09 with DJ05. any help would be greatly appreciated.
