I'm having the exact same issue. Tablet reboots after 5 seconds after the lock screen loads so I thought I'd erase user data and re flash the rom. Except that it doesn't actually flash, or erase anything. I've tried toolkits and fastboot. And the log always says the flash has performed...

I've tried fastboot, I've tried wiping partitions in recovery, I've tried a factory reset in recovery, and none of them actually delete the data or flash new data. Flashing a rom won't touch your SDCARD folder. Now that you have CWM on there, I would do a wipe and reflash whatever ROM you're using. If your device is showing a boot screen at all, its not bricked.

All of the issues I had earlier reported, unresponsive screen and capacitive buttons, have completely disappeared since flashing CM nightly 170 with Glitch 13 RC. My phone has been rock solid and extremely slick. Give it a try you guys. It's worth it. Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA App

running the latest cm nightly and glitch kernel 13. Noticed that my capacitive buttons will occasionally become unresponsive. Requires a reboot. Have reflashed kernel and ROM multiple times. Also, occasionally the phone won't seem to wake, or at least the screen won't come on. Any ideas? Sent...

You don't want to be using Odin to flash anything once you're on CM7. Kernels and modems should be flashed through ClockWork Mod recovery. Could be your problem.

Yep, that's the one I was referring to. Turning off the touchpad will solve the problem of the screen coming back on. At least until Asus completely fixes the issue with a firmware update. And hopefully that update includes a fix for the overall battery drain on the dock that many people...

i was able to get swipepad working on my transformer. I pulled the apk from my phone and sideloaded it on my tablet. It's not optimized for Honeycomb so it doesn't use the entire screen but it worked well without any FCs. Even the Tasking and MorePad addons worked well. Addons available to...

Turn the touchpad off using the shortcut on the keyboard. Will keep the screen from coming back on when device is closed.

What method are you using to flash CM7? I'm running it on my Telus Fascinate and it works flawlessly.

I was excited for a minute, hoped that might be it. But no, I don't have that option enabled. You're using the Netformer kernel? Maybe I will try flashing that. At worst it could rule out the kernel causing the problem.

I have it set to time out after 10 minutes but my understanding was the screen should automatically shutoff and stay off when docked and closed. Am I wrong? Could it be a kernel issue? I'm using the Clemsyn kernel. OC'd to 1.4
