Ok so i was able to fix it by going into TWRP File manager and deleting the Pictures / Screenshot folder. The reason i had to do it from there was cuz the root file managers (even with all the permissions being enabled, didn't allow me to get rid of the folder) Hope this helps anyone else...

Amazing work with this ROM here! Just one concern. Can't take screenshots. When i attempt it with vol down + power, it gives me an error "Couldn't capture screenshot" - space might be insufficient or may not have enough privileges on the phone to take a screenshot. Any ideas on how to fix it...
