Anyone had an issue with Google play verification? Tried registering the device through Google and in Magisk I've tried systemless hosts / magiskhide props config / magisk hide with no luck. Forced closed and wiped data and still unverified. Any ideas? (Lineage Version 17.1)

You need to use a global ROM as Chinese ROMs block push notifications. Reading this forum through will give you all the answers you need and I put a link to a global custom ROM which resolves. Version will be stuck at 11.0.575 but works well.

Unlock CN GMS from GitHub restored Google maps functionality. Settings in Magisk, disabling super user and hiding the root functions meant I could use all previously banned apps. 100% functionality again now. Thanks again for the ROM Ch4in4

Too be honest the 575 fake global ROM is good enough, all the bugs in the standard global have gone and with some playing around in Magisk and downloading additional modules it has full global functionality.

Only downsides after using this ROM that I can see are: Rooted so some apps may not work Maps do not have full functionality, no historic data saved and no location sharing (banned from Chinese ROMs)
