Normal TWRP doesn't work for these types of roms. U need to use treble twrp for most of the roms. Egs:- bhatik twrp[ I recommend using this recovery] PB twrp Treble twrp Etc Use the above mentioned twrps to install the ROM.:)

I think u should flash gapps before reboot , Flash gapps just after the ROM and also flash magisk(optional) And maybe it may be a firmwear error (maybe) check ur firmwear version also:good:

It does not mean how many times u have downloaded the file it depends on whether the file is correct or not. Please provide information abt where u downloaded from and how did u download and what did u download to help u in this case
