Uff, realy great answer to my question, thank you... I use latest ROM of CrDroid available (which fits to your answer) which seems not to work with current Triton kernel. That's why I asked which ROM do you prefer, have good experiences with etc...

I have CrDroid 6.10 (on Redmi 4a) with 3.18.140-perf kernel, I flashed Triton-Storm-Rova-31-2020-10-29.zip and then 4.9 fix but with no success. No SD card after reboot... I had to restore from previous backup, SD card is ok but no camera (OpenCamera, GCam) works anymore :( . I'll try to...

Just for info - tried with crDroid ROM and it does not work. Boots ok (no loop), but many apps stop responding. Nova launcher restarts continuously, making the phone unusable.

Damn, current GoGreen does not fix it for 6.7 :( And the ROM mainainer does not give any status... Thinking to leave crDroid for good. :-\

Some of us suffer with this for longer time, even before 6.5. You don't have to downgrade, read some posts back... It is a bug in the Kernel, nobody knows whether it's going to be fixed at all...

Unfortunately, your seem to be right... On the other hand, guys concerning on pure kernel features can make much better work. But well maintained kernel could be used as the default one...

During install it says that Spectrum is supported, so I installed Spectrum app but it says "there is no support of Spectrum in the kernel, please contact your kernel provider...". What's wrong? ?

I don't understand all the details, but isn't it about governors? I use 3C Toolbox and I can set min and max frequencies. Max cannot be set over 1,49GHz, there is no 1,65GHz available. I already have crDroid with all the apps reinstalled so I don't plan trying Havoc, but I'll keep it in my mind...

Try GoGreen Kernel instead. It also fixes several bugs present in crDroid's kernel.

It's probably a problem of the kernel. I installed GoGreen kernel and it was ok. I updated to CrDroid 6.5 few days ago and it got broken. Flashed latest GoGreen and it works again... ---------- Post added at 12:47 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:45 PM ---------- Working in 6.5 again.

Is it that only empty screen is displayed in that case and you cannot start any application anymore? From time to time I get into such situation, although I did not recognize how to induce that, and the only help is restart...

Using the latest 6.4 cdDroid upadte. I celared both dalvik & cache in recovery (Batik), rebooted to recovery again, cleared dalvik & cache second time, then booted to cdDroid. Unfortunately, flashlight icon on the top bar is grayed and cannot be switched on/off and camera in apps like WhatsApp...

Current CrDroid update solved the problem and gps works again. Thank you for great rom! This is my first custom rom after xiaomi's stock firmware and I'm really happy with it!

Hi, there must be a bug. I did a fresh install of 6.4, installed GPS Toolbox, no satellites available. I installed fresh 6.3, GPS Toolbox shows 33 satelites available, fixed afted couple seconds... Did incremental upgrade 6.3 to 6.4, GPS Toolbox shows no satellites again...

GPS not working after upgrading 6.3 to 6.4 I had 6.3 installed with Open Gapps 10 nano and GPS was OK. After auto-upgrading to 6.4, GPS is not working at all, no satellites detected. What shall I try? Or can I downgrade to 6.3 without loosing data? Thank you.

Does this ROM support Bluetooth Smart (LE)?

V1.2 was OK for me (and still is as I recovered back), V1.3a drains battery. Something had to change internally.

Battery drain in V1.3a Hi, I updated my NativeSD installation from V1.2 to V1.3a and it started to drain battery (about 40% in 7 hours in "airplane" mode - overnight). I "recovered" back to 1.2 and it is ok again (about 5%). Is there some settings I should check? Thanks.
