I noticed that too, but it happened only at first 10min after flashing. later, after reboot, no lags was noticed. So try to reboot and leave phone alone for a while.

If you have xposed framework, you can cook any battery style in UOT Kitchen. (on the phone's settings choose icon battery).

you need to upload apk's, taken from your phone. Maybe they are different from those in your rom's zip.

try to replace "update-binary" file in UOT zip with one from your rom's zip. this file is in META-INF/com/google/android

Battery mod with JB roms should work.

For ICS roms upload only framework-res.apk. Battery mod works fine. Also bootanimation, fonts. P.S. the project is not dead... just the developer (me) is on read/only mode :)

select other update-binary in File Upload section. use EMMC, not default MTD.

thats how kitchen works: you can build mod for yourself and for your rom. kitchen's mods is not stand alone - they are integrated into your system files, so if you use others files - you will break your rom.

kitchen cannot change (add) your lockscreen, only modify current one.

Kitchen update UOT kitchen now supports ICS files for battery mod. note: upload framework-res.apk and SystemUI (and com.htc.resources.apk for sense roms) for battery mod.

adding png files is not enough. you need to change xml files too. try now with UOT kitchen - it should add battery fine. Upload ONLY framework-res.apk.

you can replace cooked files via adb if you don't have recovery. for battery only framework-res is enough.

for bootanimation - you must select proper place for it in the kitchen (/system/media) for lockscreen - kitchen cannot add lockscreen, only modify existing one (and only the stock android). for status bar - kitchen cannot change status bar for some new roms yet.

looks like you modded your framework-res.apk, so apktools is failing to decompile. if your file is not modded, try to recompile it with ApkManager before uploading to the kitchen. You can find ApkManager in http://uot.dakra.lt/how_to/
