Thanks bro for suggesting, can you leave link to the kernels ?, and after using custom kernels should i uninstall these Root Apps ? Or Unroot the device ?

Thanks for your help BTW i will not be installing Xposed, but i will suerly do the L-speed, Greenify and ForceDoze. Any thing else that i should do to recover from this battery issue and be on stock as far as possible ?

the battery is having really bad battery life 100% to 95% in just 25 mins with almost no ussage please help andi think this is some wake lock issue.

First i installed cm-12.1-20150901-SNAPSHOT-YOG4PAO237-ghost.zip then i flashed CM Recovery cm-12.1-20150901-SNAPSHOT-YOG4PAO237-ghost-recovery.img then i updated the CM by the CM Updater inside the settings and it worked great !!
