How do you pull error logs?

I wish I had seen your post ten minutes ago. I decided to give it another shot. I'm on Oreo now. G892USQU2BRE2. I guess it's back to my stock rom for the sixth time now.

Hmm, I didn't know that. I used it to re-flash my V1 stock rom back to my phone, but I had to use a newer version of Odin for my V2 stock rom. That's good to know.

ATTENTION: When the flash finishes, this is when the SamFail magic happens. Instead of saying "Failed (Auth)" like it should, the device will crash into upload mode with "Unknow Error". If your device does not do this, and just says "Failed (Auth)" or something similar and stays in download...

It won't work. Once you go to BL2 you can't go back to BL1.

I tried it with V1 before I upgraded to Oreo. That didn't work for me either.

Has anyone gotten this Rom to work on the G892U Active? I didn't have any luck at all.

How do I make a copy of my stock rom? (non rooted)

Is there a stock rom out for this? I can't seem to find one for Sprint. I'd like to have one in case the modded one doesn't work out for me. I've upgraded to the OTA with the bootloader 2 (G892USQU2BRE2) now and there's no going back TO No.1 from what I understand.

I'm still hoping for some help with my issue. It gets to the WELCOME screen and reboot repeatedly. I've done the factory reset several times but it doesn't help. I've had to go back to the stock rom. I've done this at lease four times now. Bootloader 1 1ARA1

My new Active has a 1 boot loader on it. I have had problems using this ROM and I did it EXATCLY as it said to do. I'm still looking for some help but it looks like this thread is about dead.

Will this work with the G892U (S8 Active)?

Well everything went great or so I thought. I have a G892U with Sprint my version was 1ARA2. I installed V1 Revision . It starts up to the set up page and It reboots over and over. So any ideas what's wrong?

I wish I could tell you what I did but it's working fine now. It has been for a while. I'm running version 0.99.2.93B on Nougat.

I ended up completely reflashing it and rooting it again. I didn't have any answers here before I started.

I called Sprint tech and they told me it was for security to keep someone else from returning your phone to stock settings. When I went to the boot loader the highlighted area seemed to bounce around between the options. Here's the link to the conversation...

That's what I thought. I had read a thread here somewhere that they thought the OEM unlock unlocked the bootloader.

Since I upgraded to QAA and rooted my phone the Blackmart app freezes. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm on QAA and just rooted it. I'm guessing that the boot loader is still locked and nothing works. I've heard people say that the OEM unlock would unlock the boot loader but I don't believe that is the case.

Is it really necessary to disable "Sprint Zone". I kinda liked it.

Never mind. Somehow it fixed itself. lol.

I am currently running a SMG925V with 5.0.2 baseband G925VVRU2OAF1 3.10.61 Wednesday June 17 Kernel I'm hoping a root option will come around. If I take the update to what ever it is next, will I hurt my chances of finding a root option?
