APN still doesn't work for me, I'm using China Telecom and it says APN settings are not available for this user. Also, I can't connect mobile data using China Telecom. The other card of mine, China Unicom, works well. Hope it can be fixed in the next version, so I can use it daily. Thank you!

I have been using this ROM for a while and everything is working great. however,when I use the map app in China for navigating,I found the GPS signal is not very good. I don't know if this is a problem that is caused by the ROM or just the problem of the phone. Have anyone met the same problem...

For me everything is working well,so I recommend you to try this. It is so much better than MIUI.

No, you don't need to. If you can't boot after flashing the rom, try to format data. Also, if you face some bugs that haven't been reported in this thread, you can try to flash 8.11.15 global first, because I'm using that and no unknown bugs occurred.

China Telecom sim doesn't work on the latest build..It worked in the oreo builds,but not working on the Android p build.(text massage and calls were working,but mobile data doesn't work.)
