Hi Yazmeq, First of all You should install Activity Launcher from Play Store. After launching the app, tap on "Recent Activities" (in the header) and choose All activities. Wait a bit while the app loads some data and scroll down on the appeared list to Settings and tap on it. Search for Data...

OK, my problem wasn't that i can't find the deeply buried data usage in settings, but the ability of setting the first day of the cycle is missing. Otherwise everybody can easily make shortcut for data usage by phone manager.

zinko_pt how do you mean "system shortcut"? Will I be able to reach a hidden option with any kind of application?
