My unit has since been fitted to my Octavia with reversing camera and dab. All working ok including Google maps as the nav and the latest version? Might try the updates dab app though as the stock don't look very pretty lol. Is there any reason to upgrade to malaysk ROM? Still playing with...

Will these ROMs work on an xtrons unit. Pe96mtvpl which is an android 6.0 unit with 32gb ROM 4gb ram! Rk-px5 unit?

The phone was fully charged through all this. No blue light when plugging into charger though? Managed to fix by holding volume up when plugging in USB. Then formatted and reinstalled r21. And Ive left it on that as i don't want to take the risk again. Sons happy with it so all good ??

Tried to downgrad so I could get to r24 and I flashed the wrong file file!! Now phone won't start! When I plug it into laptop it keeps connecting and disconnecting. Anyone got any idea how I can unbrick it?

Slight issue I found is that if I connect USB drive via on the go cable it restarts the phone? Tried with different pen drives too.

Thanks to the amazing people in this thread my son now has a usable phone. Everything went OK following the opening thread instructions loads of storage now and recovery. One question though: The phone has now detected the ota update to r24 can I allow this? Or is there a simple way to do...

Why is it if I switch to 4g lte only in setting I can't use the hotspot? But when I go back to cloudys Tom and set lte only it's ok?

Haven't really timed it. It's not gonna be as quick as a plug in charger, but it's a lot easier just to place it on the pad and leave it.
