Anyone tried rooting with http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/guide-root-method-lg-devices-t3049772 ? Seems to work with g pad 7.0 with lollipop according to a few posts, wonder if it will work with v500.

Screen not as yellow anymore. So, as of android 5.0.1 coming to my device, I immediately noticed that my screen wasn't as yellow anymore. Anyone else noticed any screen related difference?

Location isn't working at all, otherwise everything works great! Camera and bluetooth works and lollipop is veeeery smooth compared to lollipop :cowboy:

So G3 and G2 is confirmed. G pad is soon 12 months old, if lg don't update the g pad v500 to lollipop I will never buy a lg device again (except a nexus).

Anyone tried these? http://www.ebay.com, which tempered glass screen protector would you suggest otherwise?

Just install qpair from play store on your g pad. :cowboy:

seriously, another thread about this? Just use the lg mobile support tool, then you will go back 100% to stock. You can find the support tool at lg g pad support page at lg.com, is it really that hard to read the "outdated guides"? roflmao :cowboy:

Camera works great for me and always has, do a clean flash and it should work if your device isn't faulty :cowboy:

Tried clean flash? I recently installed this rom and don't have any problem with MicroSD.

Settings -> Privacy -> Blacklist -> Enable -> + -> enter number or contact and/or choose to block calls and/or messages.

Great rom! Cleaned flash 9/8 and got sound issue with an app called "Viaplay," however I think it is the app because no other app/video causes it. Gamma seems to be fixed aswell, or is it my 4.2.2 base with aic gamma fix which has fixed it?

I also lost my serial with the leaked 4.4.2, however I just flashed my backup and got it back. If you have a backup (which you really always should do), flash it and then follow the tutorial to return to stock again. If you dont have a backup I dont really know but you could try flash CM again.

That is the wierd thing, I didn't dirty flash it was clean. However I reflashed and did a clean install and now it seems alot better. I also noticed that if you switch GPS settings from energy saving to high accuracy the gps will break xD

If you read 1 post above your post you can see that it will probably release in Q2. Off topic Anyone else have problem with Mahdi-rom recents menu? It is quite buggy sometimes :)
