Your best bet would be to restore the factory firmware and start over. To do this, follow the instruction in this thread. The only change is that to enter Download Mode on the G Pad, you hold volume up and volume down while inserting the USB cable rather than just volume up.

I pulled it out today, and it's almost fixed. However, there's a dead row on the screen at about where the 5 key sits on the calculator. If I push anything in that row, it registers the touch in the row below. So if I push 5, I get 2 (or sometimes 52), and so forth. I'm pretty pissed.

I would be extremely cautious with any of the screen protectors that require water for application. The G Pad doesn't seem to be sealed very well, and (as I said above) I managed to get some water under the screen despite following the directions exactly.

Mine looked like that the first time I turned it on. It's nowhere near that bad now after two days.

My non-GPE doesn't have a noticeable blue line (or bad yellow tint, or strong light bleed), so it's not guaranteed that the GPE will have the same issue. Could have been a bad batch of screens.

You could have a setting wrong. What type of account is it and which step is it failing on? Fwiw, I prefer K-9 Email to the stock app.

From what I've seen, that case style has already been pulled because of the flaw and is being redesigned. Most retailers are listing it as out of stock until around Christmas. Not sure why Gambolex is showing it as in stock, though it may just not be shipping yet.

Yup, that's exactly what it does. it takes a screenshot and allows you to edit it, then gives you the option to save it to the gallery or the Notebook app. Pretty sure you can run it out of the notification bar as well.
