These aren't a bad fit for the G Pad with a case on it (the IVSO for mine). They're just right in length, a little too wide, but certainly nowhere near as much as a 10" case would be. They're available from several sellers on Ebay with other designs if you don't like the ones in the link...

Might be worth exchanging it - I've seen a few people with the same issue, but most of these cases seem to be fine, mine included, so seems more like a quality control issue than a design fault. Chances are you'd get lucky on the second one.
