    That was almost weeks ago. I got the verification email saying my trade in was accepted a week after sending in my trade in.

    I sent in a $25 ZTE Majesty Pro and it was accepted after a week. Maybe I'm lucky? Samsung has been good to me so far.

    Had the same issue. I got an S8+ with slight red tint and was going to send it in until they told me the turn around time. It's always good to have a second phone just in case. If you spend a lot on your phone service you may be able to get a loaner from your provider, that's what CS told me.

    You definitely want to get that checked out. The S8 is a very rigid phone so I have a feeling the separation is due to the battery swelling and pushing out from the inside. You should be able to get it covered through warranty.
