I have the same problem. I used to have a Galaxy S8 From the US. Worked perfect. Now I upgraded to an S10e from Canada, and nothing I've tried helps. Any suggestions?

Thanks. That's the app I use, for backup/ restore, but it takes hours to restore sms's using that app.
