If your daisy chaining off an existing home router.... You shouldn't need to disable dhcp on the tmo route inless you have a ip conflict with the upstream route. .. The upstream routes lan will be connected to the tmo wan.. the upstream router dhcp will give the tmo wan port its ip for that...
