i tried to flash unlock BL only, seems fine. but when i tried to flash TWRP it said "cannot load TWRP-3.0.M2-0.img". now when i reboot my device it shows USB logo only and turned off by itself.

Hi, whats wrong if CSC is not is in same as country/region ? is there any problem that i will be facing ? how if i flash to stock ROM that have CSC from not originated for my country and I flash again with custom ROM ? is all the custom ROM also change the CSC to MultiCSC ? Thanks.
