I just got my note 3 , and it is updated to 4.4.4. I was able to root it via QBking77 method w/odin but I think the custom recovery info may be out dated. Can someone tell me how to install PHILZ or TWRP on a rooted note 3

well then I guess I could get the Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 4.1.2 SCH-I925u firmware from sam mobile and odin flash it on my tablet and get it back to stock. right? that would get rid of the root and put me back to be able to receive the OTA update from US Cellular

So, my Note 10.1 Us-cellular edition is rooted. If and when the update is avl will I be able to get the OTA update? or will I need to unroot?

Yup that fixed it, \ had to relock phone, then did the RUU update worked like a charm!!!
