What do you mean with this? You can disable on screen controls overlay in the Input tab in Settings Menu. If you're playing with a controller probably you won't need them on screen :)

What do you mean by downloading mb to use while you are on the go? You can download whatever you want in Wifi and use it on 3G, but you cannot get extra mb in wifi to use in a different connection (If I understood you well...)

Does anyone have been able to use iPega controller with retroarch? I selected icade profile to pega, and used icade mode on the controller (booting with X button pressed) but it still does not work. Only DPAD works, none of the button works :(

You can use Cyanogen Mod to do that I cannot post links yet, but refer to its website. It is a official supported dev, so it should be easy using cyanogen installer. Search for "Quincytmo_Info" in Google and the first result is the wiki of cyanogen project.

welcome to android, you will notice the difference! I used google to do that. If you sync with google all your contacts in your phone, they will be already there when you setup your google account in the S4.

Well, this it not for a new version of Android, It can be done in this version but proably google will do it with a new Android release. I'm expecting a lot of new features in Google Experience Launcher. I'm missing a lot of functionality and customization from others launchers like Nova or EX.
