Ok I tried to install the NK1 tar file and it failed 3x now my phone is stuck on the samsung screen won't do anything! Is anyone willing to help me fix this???? Please??

Hi I am running on a 1545 Verizon galaxy s4, my build # was NG6 when I got the phone and it was un rooted. My carrier is page plus but its thru Verizon, I have never been prompted for a NK1 update at all. So I tried the op's old post to root NG6 in another thread it worked and I'm rooted on NG6...

My phone still says i'm on build I545VRUFNG6, but when i check for updates it says it's up to date!? Anyone know why?

For some reason will not work for me. I'm rooted on stock and flashed to page plus, I get no voicemail notification.

Ok with all the conversations in here is this what everyone is using to go to jellybean and to root it? Or do you just use the 800mb download?? We need a good how to about now! 8)

I haven't updated to jellybean but when I used this it installed CWM on my galaxy for me. I was already rooted and I didn't use odin it has a self installer.

That was me so you went from stock rooted to the upgrade jellybean using odin? Is it possible to use someone else's cwm backup file??? Or is it to big?

Anyone had a problem with text not downloading pics? I've got data but it won't download text pics.

I just wish I could turn mine on to the sprint network. Had it on page plus got talk and text but data kept roaming and couldn't get anything.

Yep took me back to stock rooted with cwm still installed.

I reinstalled my backup from cwm and it took me back to stock rooted.

Wonder if I could program for sprint.

Yep downloaded all the files and ran the bat file connected usb nothing. I get a adb not recognized as a command now!

You got a long way to go to catch up!! But its worth it! Question when you run the bat file for cwm is your phone in odin mode? My computer said it couldn't find the target, so I'm doing something wrong.

I don't have cwm on my phone it is rooted. I thought he installed a kernal with cwm in bedded in it from the teamuscell website? I was trying to install that rom but am a little fussy on how there flashing it.

Thats the problem no cwm I was trying to install the kernal you used to get cwm but don't understand the instructions they gave on the link you left.
