Post CheapCast in Google Play Store

It depends on your usage scenario. For instance, I have an old Android phone plugged into the aux input on a stereo, which I use to stream music. The phone is less-than-accessible, so it'd be great to be able to control it remotely from my phone. In my living room, I have an old Google TV...

    Post [DEV] CM11 Work-In-Progress

Alright, thanks. That makes some sense, and I'm sure it'll make some more sense when I'm beyond the copy & paste phase of getting this working. Eventually I'd like to (1) be able to build (2) be able to build without andbot (3) have a clue what I'm doing. What I take away from all of that at...

    Post [DEV] CM11 Work-In-Progress

I'm currently running my first build using the latest andbot build environment after spending a few days to actually get Linux setup properly (and by properly, I mean like I'm used to...). Exciting stuff. Made me wonder... is this andbot environment suitable for building CM10 for other devices...

Post [ROM][OFFICIAL] CyanogenMod 10 Nightly Builds for SPH-L710.

I've been in the process of trying to get Linux setup to do CM10 builds for my Nook Color, which is a relatively "safe" device to do builds for. Both because it's hard to brick and I don't actually care if I messed it up at this point. Does anyone have a comment on how "safe" it is to roll your...

Post [ROM][OFFICIAL] CyanogenMod 10 Nightly Builds for SPH-L710.

Off-topic: That's strange, because I read those as examples of you self-righteously extending an obvious one-post joke into a 12-post *****-fest. I hope the bullet holes in your foot allow it to more easily fit into your mouth. This will be my final post on the subject. Feel free to get the...

Post [ROM][OFFICIAL] CyanogenMod 10 Nightly Builds for SPH-L710.

I found a bug... Whenever I go to Settings -> About Phone -> Build Date, it says August 1st. However, the date on the phone is listed as August 6th. When I first installed this ROM, I swear the numbers matched... I'm hoping the next build will fix the issue. Guess I'll wait and see.

Post [Q] PBXes / Google Voice trunk settings?

So, your MO is to post a thread asking how to do something, figure it out yourself, and then be a **** about it when people ask the same question you did in the OP? Good luck with that. I hope it takes you far in life.

Post Sony Ericsson MW600 Don't work

I'm running the 8/1 CM10 preview rom, and my MW-600 works perfectly. I haven't tried to use it for a phone call, but I paired it and streamed a few minutes of XM Radio earlier today without a problem. I've had zero issues (minus one random restart) since I flashed the CM10 preview rom last...

Post Love rooted nook - but hate no bluetooth & mic!

There is a pretty thin line between unlocking functionality and stealing. Even if 3G could be unlocked, you'd need credentials from a carrier to use it. None of the carriers are going to allow you to register a hacked device on their network so the only way to get actual 3g would be to steal...

Post [Q] What happens when I root the NC?

    1. Very easy at this point, the entire process is fairly automated. The nook charges when connected to a usb socket on a computer, which provides 500ma as a high power device. So your 1000ma charger is twice as good as using a computer.
