Dude, that looks amazing. My issue is that it seems to modify the Juopunutbear ICS HBOOT and not the Stock HBOOT. I'm not sure it will work. Does anyone know if I'm reading that right?

Whoa whoa, question. If a phone has a stock bootloader...will this program not be able to modify the text in the stock HBOOT? Will that result in a brick? This would be very important to know.

The RUU works but keeps the bootloader status as "Re Locked" instead of "locked" .. I have been told flashing the zip resets this as well.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't the "locked" or "relocked" thing have to do with the bootloader, and nothing to do with S-Off? I assume flashing the PH39IMG.zip or running the RUU to return to stock will change "relocked" back to "locked".

Put a debloated Sense or AOSP rom on your sd card, boot into recovery, and flash it. That should take care of most of your issues.

Just a guess, but ruu probably doesn't work since your bootloader is probably still unlocked. It's NOT a brick if you can get into recovery, literally anything can be saved if you can make it there. Do what hasoon2000 said and either get the rom of your choice or re-lock the bootloader and try...

When you say that they work, do you mean that you got it working on something other than the stock rom? Because they definitely should work on the stock rom, since that's a basic feature of the NC. Did you get it working on CM7?
