Why are my icons like this? Ive checked all the settings and can't figure out why my icons have this sort of dark fold on the right side, as well as a reflection on the bottom.

Recently I've noticed my wifi doesn't connect to any of my normal networks. When I check my wireless setttings, it'll say "connecting" but not to any specific network. Then just says disconnected. Finally, it'll say out of range for all my networks. I haven't done anything major with my phone...

So I was carefully installing CM Alpha 3 on my Touchpad. During the step of getting that big USB sign on the screen, I all of a sudden see a faint horizontal line across the screen, about one-third up from the bottom. Sometimes above that faint line, I'll see what looks like a semi-circle also...
