I have this as well. It is gone if I change the DPI to 160, but as that borks a bunch of software I use, I can live with the line.

As of right now, the only Nook ROM that supports Bluetooth is CyanogenMod7...so keep that in mind. Might change in the future but if you're not willing to switch to CM7, probably something to consider before buying peripherals.

I had this same problem yesterday morning. What I had to do was forget my network's settings, turn off wifi, then go turn off my router, turn the Nook's wifi back on, let it sit for a few seconds, turn my router back on, then try to connect. Strange as it sounds, this actually worked.

I reboot into CWM recovery using ROM Manager (for some reason the "recovery" option from the power-off reboot menu doesn't work) and install from there. ROM Manager doesn't give the option to just wipe the cache, instead it will only wipe everything or nothing.

As long as you don't wipe your data (though do wipe your cache) before reflashing, it should keep everything. It kept everything for me from v12 to v13, and then kept everything from v13 to v14. You should always double check the important stuff though. I have the same responsiveness problem...
