    Post iOttie One Touch Wireless Charging Car Mount for the Nexus 6 {Mini-Review}

I don't know, the problem with the Easy Flex Wireless is that the mount is so short, so hanging it off the windshield might make it hard to reach.

Thanks for the quick reply. Might have to reconsider this one if it BARELY fits. Probably just like how it fits into my iOttie XL mount right now.

Post what car mount are you running at the minute with pics please

So the phone with the case fits properly? I measured my phone with the same case and it's 3.5" wide. The iOttie Easy View 2 is rated for 3.5" wide devices. Do you have any issues with it not fitting? I have an iOttie Easy Touch XL and the phone with the Supcase Unicorn Bettle case barely...

    Post iOttie One Touch Wireless Charging Car Mount for the Nexus 6 {Mini-Review}

I have the iOttie One Touch XL and I love it, but now that I have a Supcase Bettle case on it, it barely fits anymore. I measured my phone with the case on it and is now 3.5" wide. The one you reviewed lists as 3.3" wide. Do you have your phone in a case? If so, which one and do you have any...

    Post Battery Life Discussion

I turned off my WiFi and set brightness to 1. The battery drain settled down after a few days and I didn't reset it or reinstall the android wear. I would suggest you try that first and go a couple more days.

    Post Battery Life Discussion

I have noticed that over the last few days, my battery usage has levelled out and it has been hovering at like low 2%-3%. I have turned ambient ON and disabled the tilt, which I think has helped it a lot so the gyroscope isn't always on checking my wrist movements. One question about the...

Post Moto 360 Wifi not working properly

I stand corrected. I think it does work the way you suggest, but not 100%. I connected my watch to my other phone's hotspot and am able to send/receive texts and emails to my watch. I turned off WiFi on my phone as well as the BT. It takes a while for it to connect and I assume authenticate...

Post Moto 360 Wifi not working properly

When you set up the watch, you have to pair it via BT using the phone. That authenticates the watch hardware with your account on your phone. If the phone and watch are not on the same network, how would your watch authenticate against your account? It's not like there's any account login...

Post Moto 360 Wifi not working properly

Here's what I have found: My setup: Nexus 6 with Moto 360 5.1.1 On WiFi (same network) - BT off, I can receive texts, reply to texts, send texts. Once I turn off the WiFi on my phone, I no longer get notifications because the phone no longer knows where the phone is to send the notifications...

Post 5.1.1 update - your experience with the new software ?

I think I figured out the WiFi vs BT issue. When I had both on, the watch would default to receiving through BT first. When I walked out of range of my phone, the watch would vibrate twice and show the offline symbol. Even though I had WiFi on, it wouldn't always be connected automatically...

Post 5.1.1 update - your experience with the new software ?

For you three. Are you using the stock face or a custom watch face? I will test it further today as I disabled Google Fit last night as it along with everything else was making my watch drain at 7-8% per hour yesterday. I took my watch off the charger at 7AM and by 5pm, it was already down...

Post Moto 360 .. WiFi capable

I just noticed that if WiFi is off on my phone, my watch won't connect to the saved WiFi networks already configured on it. Once I turn on the WiFi on my phone, only then will my watch connect to WiFi. Anyone else have the same experience?

Post 5.1.1 update - your experience with the new software ?

I forced the update last night (Saturday night) and then charged it up for Sunday starting at 8am. Used a stock face and kept WiFi off and it seems that battery life is a bit better as it has about 42% left (1am Monday morning). Tomorrow will be more of a test as I get more notifications on...

    Post 5.1.1 OTA now available

Why is everyone rushing to get it downloaded? It will come in time. The way I see it, the early ones who get it are guinea pigs to see how the real world update fares. If things go sideways with this update, I'll hold off on updating it. Right now, my watch is working well, so I don't have...

    Post Battery Life Discussion

I am very surprised today. It's been off the charger since 1:30am last night and I've used it normally today - ambient off, tilt on, stock face and it's at 56% right now. Took a screenshot of the battery usage. I'd be very happy if the battery drain continues like this.

    Post Battery Life Discussion

It seems to be faring much better today. I charged it up last night (1:45am) and left off the charger and now (10:56am) it's at 82% discharging at 2.03% per hour. Received a few email notifications and a call notification this morning and that was it. Will see how it fares the rest of the day.

    Post Battery Life Discussion

Nothing other than notifications from my phone. I purposely didn't look at it, or change anything today to preserve battery. I installed wearbatterystats and took a screenshot below. 4.17% per hour doesn't seem right. I took it off at 6pm today and it kept on going down until I put it on the...

    Post Battery Life Discussion

I took a screenshot of the battery life on my watch and noticed something compared to yours. My watch isn't going into idle like yours did at 43%. I literally don't touch it unless there's a notification and it comes on because I'm moving my arm.

    Post Battery Life Discussion

If you read my original post about this, I have ambient off, tilt on. I'm only using it for notifications, that's it. I don't do anything else with it at all. Since my last reply, it's already dropped to 71% and I've only received a couple of email notifications. I realize that is ONLY a...

I've disabled Google Fit on the 360 and have turned off the high accuracy on the Fit app on my phone. When I did all of this, the watch was at 82% (9:30am) and now at 11:40am, it's already down to 74%. I will give it a full day to see if this helps better, but if not, then I will look for an...

I've had my 360 for a week now and have been struggling with battery life. It's running 5.0.2 paired to a Nexus 6 running 5.1.1 . Ambient mode off, tilt on, notifications on. I notice the battery drain the most in the mornings on my commute into work. I started to use Watchmaker pro to get...

Post HOW TO GET "TUDIA Slim-Fit CYGEN Dual Layer Protective Case for Moto Moto G 2ND GEN"

I bought the Tudia case for my wife's Moto G and it's very much like an otterbox. The inner lining is pretty tough and hard to press the buttons but I foresee that it will wear in over time. Looks really nice and protects the phone well. It didn't come with a screen protector though.

    Post Poetic Case

Just an update.... I received it and I think it's the newer revision with the cutout for the power button. Post Poetic Case

Crap. I ordered a black/clear one on July 4th and was shipped my Amerifriend yesterday. I wonder if they sent the new revision or the old ones? I bought a case for my Nexus 7 off them and they sent me 3 revisions of them as they updated them. I wonder if they're doing that with these cases.

Post just a warning to case-lookers: dont get white

I've got an OEM Samsung white case on my Note 2 and it's it's fared very well. I've had it for months and it hasn't discoloured or gotten dirty. It all depends on the material that the case is made out of. I'm looking for a case for the One that I have now and I've used a Nillkin case before...

Post Review of iOttie Easy One Touch car mount holder w/lots of pics!!!

I can attest to the strength of the suction cup. It's the most insane one I've ever seen. Even when you don't pull down the locking tab, the suction cup holds so securely I had to literally peel it off the glass on the windshield. I've mounted it on the dash as well and if I pulled hard...

The pictures look great and show great detail, but personally, I can't justify $40 for a screen protector, no matter how good. I know that the edge of the Note2 glass curves downward near the edges, but having a lip like that with the protective glass would be very annoying imo.

See the Iottie thread. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1982558 I picked one up and it's awesome for the Note2. The suction cup is the strongest one I've ever seen and I don't think it'll ever fall off.

I have this case and it's great. My coworker has the black one and it does scratch quite easily and is noticeable, but I have the white one, so it's not too bad. It's slim and protects the screen well. It's not as nice as the OEM S3 one but it works well and matches nicely.
