It's not mandatory to re-install the original firmware but follow at least the wipe procedure (How to return to stock) before install.

In TWRP "MOUNT" check if "Data" is enabled before doing the installation steps. Don't forget to reboot after "Data" wipe. In TWRP settings, disable "Zip signature verification". Here is the link : T813XXS2BSG1_T813XAR2BSA2_XAR

You can dirty flash. The bootloader is inside the rom too. Do a backup first to be safe. After flash wipe "cache" and " Dalvik/ART Cache". If after several dirty flash you got some unfixable bugs need to restart from a clean original stock install.

Have nothing special that should not let this working. Be aware of last TWRP they changed boot for Magisk so try it with TWRP 3.2.3-0 too. For marshmallow it's abandonned and I didn't keep any files. The nougat version is much more improved and better for our Tab.

Sorry didn't understand well the request. The only mandatory check when you install my rom is the tablet model version. I don't know at all how to check the bootloader version. Try to remember when you installed my rom and you can find date release and all details in OP

Doesn't matter since you need first to go back to official stock firmware first. Follow "How to return to full stock" on main page. Please give me the exact file version you are in trouble with. Will check if there was a problem while building or uploading.
